MANAGEMENT TEAM

R. Bruce Reeves, Ph.D. serves as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company. Dr. Reeves has over twenty-five years of experience in start-up ventures, and has spent over ten years in high-tech business and product development, including five years with General Electric Company on several new business development operations. Dr. Reeves has been a Principal in several high tech start-up companies and several syndicated real estate partnerships. In 1998, Dr. Reeves successfully led the acquisition of Meridian Instruments, a leading developer of laser based imaging instrumentation. Dr. Reeves subsequently sold the Meridian manufacturing assets to Genomic Systems Inc., a genomics instrumentation company.

Joseph C. Capozzi is Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales and oversees all new business development and marketing communications. Joe has over thirty years’ experience in global sales, sales management, client relationship management, product and business development, primarily in financial services. Joe worked on Wall Street for fifteen years and was a senior vice president, marketing and sales director for State Street in Boston, MA for twelve years. Prior to his arrival at AssureTec, Joe was an independent consultant in sales and sales strategy.

Glenn Larson is Vice President of Product Development and oversees all software and hardware product development as well as customer service. He has more than 24 years of software product development experience and has spent most of those years in the digital imaging field in technical and visionary leadership positions. Prior to AssureTec, Mr. Larson was part of the founding team at Imaging Automation (now part of L-1 Identity Solutions). While at Imaging Automation, Mr. Larson was responsible for the design and development of large-scale, client/server document imaging management systems for use in Medicaid claims processing and document issuance systems for state and national identity systems. He has also served in technical leadership capacities at MCI and Virtual Access Networks (acquired by Symantec).
